Flow Sphere Systems provisions premium automated artificial intelligence (AI) agents configured to field, route, transcribe, and manage inbound voice calls. Our system connects to various third-party customer relationship managers (CRMs) and calendars to facilitate business operation workflows.

Our platform interfaces directly with Calendly, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other scheduling/CRM portals. We hold no liability for service disruptions, system configuration errors, or data anomalies originating on these third-party platforms.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% service level agreement (SLA) target, we do not warrant that our AI transcription, intent-classification, or speech-output systems will be completely free of semantic errors or service latencies.
In no event shall Flow Sphere Systems, its executives, or technology suppliers be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential lost profits arising out of call disruptions, scheduling drops, or downstream model hallucinations.
